"Beneath the Teal Tree Branch" is a 10-minute documentary created by Mia Rose Vergnetti that explores her experience growing up as a girl with Tourette Syndrome (TS). In this interactive session for children, Mia presents her documentary which includes interviews with her parents, a conversation with another girl living with TS, archival footage from her childhood, and artistic storytelling that reflects the realities of growing up with TS. Following the screening, children will participate in a creative activity where they can make their own Teal Trees, encouraging reflection, self-expression, and connection.
